RFG Advisory Launches ‘Become a Warrior Advisor’ Podcast Series
The first six episodes feature exclusive behind-the-scenes interviews with Navy Seal Team 6 Veteran Dom Raso and RFG Advisory Founder & CEO Bobby White during a pre-COVID advisor retreat
At a time of transformative change in the wealth management industry, RFG Advisory “RFG”, an award-winning and fast-growing RIA firm, is launching a new podcast series. ‘Become A Warrior Advisor’ provides financial advisors with actionable guidance, tips and practical tools to survive and thrive during periods of uncertainty and disruption. The podcast series, presented by RFG Advisory, aims to inspire and empower a new breed of advisor with a curated curriculum designed to engage critical thinking and rapidly adapt to a new future, shaped by the current pandemic.
The podcast kicks off with a series of six, exclusive behind-the-scenes interviews with Navy Seal Dom Raso and RFG Advisory Chairman & CEO Bobby White. The segments were filmed during RFG’s Annual Advisor Retreat on Captiva Island in Florida, exactly one week before the COVID-19 pandemic hit the United States.
“This new podcast packages the lessons we’ve been preaching for years—training advisors on the importance of developing a warrior mindset—and giving them the tools to survive periods of unprecedented, disruptive change,” said Bobby White, Founder & CEO of RFG Advisory. “And who better than Dom Raso, a NAVY SEAL Combat Veteran and CEO of his own company, Dynamis Alliance to do it! When faced with today’s challenges, one thing’s for sure: RFG Advisors have what it takes not just to win the fight, but as Dom would say, to ‘Crush Everything’ in the bigger battle of disruption.”
Become a Warrior Advisor Podcast episodes 1-3 will be released on November 17, 2020 as a video podcast on YouTube. The series will be available on Buzzsprout other podcast outlets. The next three episodes drop every Tuesday between November 24 and December 15.

“Bobby and Dom have been training for nearly four years, long before financial advisors even knew what Coronavirus was or how it could potentially disrupt business,” said Shannon Spotswood, President of RFG Advisory. “I credit Bobby for knowing instinctively, almost to the day, how Dom’s training would prepare RFG Advisors to build a mindset strong enough to defend yet resilient enough to adapt to the changing realities of business caused by the pandemic. This podcast couldn’t have come at a more important time in history for advisors.”
