Client Service Associate

About The Position

Our partner, Cheaha Wealth Management, is seeking a Client Service Associate to join our team and partner with our Financial Advisors in delivering exceptional service to our clients. This role is essential in creating operational efficiencies, ensuring seamless client experiences, and supporting the day-to-day activities of our advisors.


The right candidate will not only bring strong organizational skills and attention to detail, but also demonstrate professionalism, proactive communication, and a commitment to client care.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver timely, accurate, and professional client service across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Support client onboarding and ongoing relationship management, including portal setup, data collection, and issue resolution.
  • Prepare financial documents and ensure readiness for client meetings.
  • Open, update, and maintain client accounts across various custodial platforms.
  • Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce and other systems.
  • Manage scheduling of client meetings and events.
  • Assist with office activities, including drafting correspondence, filing, and mailings.
  • Understand and adhere to compliance requirements and policies.
  • Provide proactive updates to advisors regarding status of client requests and office activities.
  • Represent the firm with professionalism inside and outside the office.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in financial services, wealth management, or client service preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
