What You'll Do

Strategy & Growth

  • Serve as the central orchestrator of RFG's content ecosystem, ensuring content across the website, email, social, podcast, and campaigns is aligned, integrated, and optimized for performance, distribution, and conversion.
  • Lead RFG's SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategy, including ownership of tools such as Yoast and Google Search Console; implementation of schema markup and structured content for AI readability; and continuous optimization of content to rank in both traditional search results and AI-generated responses.
  • Own website strategy and performance, including ongoing content updates, UX-informed optimization, and the development of SEO and AEO frameworks that improve indexing, visibility, engagement, and conversion.

Content Creation & Execution

  • Drive end-to-end content strategy, creation, and execution, leveraging AI to scale output, improve efficiency, and modernize content workflows while maintaining brand voice, quality, and compliance.
