About The Position

RFG Advisory is scaling its growth engine, and Revenue Operations sits at the center of it. We are hiring a Revenue Operations Manager with a Marketing Operations lean to mature our outbound motion, sharpen how we score and attribute leads, and build a seamless journey from first marketing touch through frontline sales.

You will partner daily with our Marketing and Business Development teams, own much of our HubSpot configuration, and turn our data into reporting and analysis that leadership acts on. This is a high-impact role with visibility to the C-suite. You will have a corporate Claude account connected to our core systems, and we expect you to put it to work.

Location: This role can be in our Birmingham office or remote.

  • If in Birmingham, AL, our office works a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 remote).
  • If remote, occasional travel to Birmingham will be required including onboarding.

Reports to: Senior Director of Revenue Operations

What You'll Do

HubSpot Administration & Systems

  • Own day-to-day administration and configuration of HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub, including properties, workflows, lifecycle stages, lists, sequences, and user permissions.
  • Maintain data quality and governance standards so records stay accurate, deduplicated, and reportable.
  • Manage HubSpot's connections to CRM-adjacent tools, and evaluate new tools against real business need.
  • Document processes, field definitions, and system changes so the stack stays easy to understand as it grows.

Outbound & Pipeline Operations

  • Partner with Business Development and Marketing leadership to scale and mature our outbound motion, from list building and sequences to routing and activity tracking.
  • Build lead handoff and routing rules that get prospects from Marketing to frontline sales quickly and with full context.
  • Define and monitor service levels and conversion rates between funnel stages.

Lead Scoring & Attribution

  • Refine and maintain lead scoring models using fit and engagement signals, and recalibrate them against closed-won outcomes.
  • Build and evolve attribution models that show which campaigns and channels create pipeline and revenue.
  • Partner with Marketing on campaign setup, UTM standards, and tracking so attribution data can be trusted.

Reporting, Analytics & Insights

  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards for Marketing, Business Development, and executive leadership.
  • Analyze funnel, campaign, and rep performance data, then interpret what it means and recommend action from a RevOps perspective.
  • Present findings clearly to stakeholders up to the C-suite.

AI & Automation

  • Use your corporate Claude account and its connectors to speed up reporting, analysis, data hygiene, and documentation.
  • Spot repetitive work across Marketing and Sales and replace it with automation or AI-assisted workflows.
  • Share what works so the broader team adopts it.

Requirements

Experience

  • 2-5 years of experience in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations.
  • Hands-on HubSpot administration and configuration experience, ideally across both Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
  • Experience supporting outbound sales or SDR/BDR teams preferred.
  • Experience building lead scoring or attribution models preferred.
  • Financial services, RIA, or B2B experience preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical skills with the judgment to turn data into a clear recommendation.
  • Clear written and verbal communicator who can translate between Marketing, Sales, and leadership.
  • Self-directed and organized; comfortable owning multiple priorities on a lean team.
  • Embraces AI and actively looks for ways to leverage it in their work.

Technology & Tools

  • HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub required.
  • Regular use of AI tools such as Claude in day-to-day work.
  • Experience with tool categories common to GTM operations: data enrichment and intent data, sales engagement and sequencing, workflow automation and integration platforms, lead routing and scheduling, and conversation intelligence.
  • HubSpot certifications are a plus.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
